Key Responsibilities

• Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and verification.
• Perform source-to-target data validation.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Identify, analyze, and report data discrepancies and defects.
• Perform database testing, backend testing, and data migration testing.
• Work closely with ETL developers, data engineers, and business teams.
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL, including Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, and Stored Procedures.
• Experience in Data Warehouse Testing and Database Testing.
• Knowledge of data validation and source-to-target mapping.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or DataStage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in defect tracking and test documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BI Testing.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
