Description

About CTW Events

CTW Events, a Clean the World company, designs and delivers purpose-driven team building and corporate volunteer experiences. We partner with some of the world's largest organizations to assemble and donate kits (literacy kits, backpacks, hygiene kits, and meals) to children's and family charities, creating measurable social impact while engaging employees.

Role Summary

The Senior Event Manager owns a portfolio of CTW Events client accounts across the US and internationally. The primary responsibility of this role is the planning, budget, and performance of those client programs. The Senior Event Manager uses independent judgment to design program plans, decide how client funding is allocated across events within approved budgets, and make recommendations to clients and CTW leadership.

This is a high-travel role, with up to 60% of time spent with clients and at events, where the Event Manager is accountable for the event's outcome and makes on-site decisions without prior approval. The right person brings hospitality-level customer service, stays organized across multiple accounts and deadlines, and collaborates easily across Sales, Operations, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Program Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, owning each relationship end to end.
  • Develop annual and event-level program plans for assigned accounts: activation calendar, event design, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Decide how client funding is allocated across activations within approved budgets, and recommend pricing and scope to Sales and the Director.
  • Decide event format, staffing levels, and kit mix for assigned events within budget and CTW standards.
  • Act as a thought partner to clients: identify opportunities, flag risks, and bring recommendations that add value beyond the immediate scope.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across facilities, employee engagement, and regional program teams.

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Lead pre-event planning: confirm dates, locations, kit types and quantities, staffing, and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on kit production, shipping, delivery, on-site check-in, and post-event pickup or distribution.
  • Travel to and lead on-site events, including facilitation, Q&A, and real-time adjustments when plans change.
  • Close out events: final kit counts, inventory reports, photos and highlights (where approved), and thank-you communications.

Client Communications

  • Own client communication channels for assigned accounts, setting response standards and ensuring the 24-hour SLA is met.
  • Coordinate with client facility teams on space, dock access, AV, and scheduling.
  • Resolve client issues independently, escalating to the Director only when they exceed budget or policy limits.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze event and program data (participation, kit volumes, costs, and KPIs) to identify trends and inefficiencies, and turn findings into recommendations for clients and Director.
  • Prepare program reports for clients and Director.
  • Keep Salesforce and the Titan ordering platform accurate for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager – Events on inventory needs for upcoming events.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Document learnings, risks, and wins after every event to build the account knowledge base.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency or reduce client burden.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience combining client or account management with event execution
  • Demonstrated ownership of client accounts, including program budgets and planning decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, events, and deadlines at the same time
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, including international travel; valid passport or ability to obtain one
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Background in corporate employee engagement, CSR, or nonprofit programs
  • Experience with Salesforce

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Work is split between the Orlando office and client event sites, which may include warehouses and loading dock areas.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during events.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel up to 75% by air and ground, domestic and international; event schedules may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
