Senior Exec / Exec Tender Sales & Marketing

Primary Purpose and Function
Assisting in tender preparation and documentation process. Liaise with various contractors / body-builders constantly for the body-works requirements and complexity. To check progress of works and to meet delivery time-line so that to avoid Liquidated Damages imposed by the Buyer.

Duties & Responsibilities

Tender Sales
1. Assist the Manager in tender sales enquiries, documentation vetting, preparation of document for body- works and relevant approvals, etc.
2. Attend tender briefing as and when required.
3. Assist the Manager in submission of tender document as required.
4. Be aware of market competition and constant update to superior on any new product segment of other competitors' brands.
5. Assist the Manager in coordinating with contractors (PDI) on all relevant preparation of vehicles, from Cab chassis to build-up （progress status） and to hand over of end-product.

Marketing
1. To maintain website consistency, upload of photos & video, project references of related ISUZU & JAC events and maintain its vibrancy.
2. Assist the Manager in developing all relevant marketing collaterals (i.e. Catalogues, Leaflets, etc) & etc liaise with external vendors / printing house.
3. Assist to coordinate all related products launch events / promotion of ISUZU & JAC.
4. Assist the Manager to develop ISUZU & JAC social media posts (i.e. Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.).

Training
1. To assist the Manager to develop relevant training materials towards training of internal and external staff/customers.
2. Any other tasks as assigned by Superior / Manager / Management

Competency Requirement
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Social Media Management - Manage social media content and campaigns.
3. Digital Marketing - Execute online marketing campaign and analyses performance.
4. Content Creation - Create marketing material using Canva or Adobe tools.

Qualification & Requirements

Education : ITE / NITEC / O / A / Diploma

Experience : Min 2 years & above in Automotive Trade, preferably in sales of commercial vehicles

Knowledge in tender sales documentation and processes

Able to communicate well with contractors / body-builders / vendors

Professional and well groomed

Others : Experience in Digital Marketing / social media (i.e Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc)
