Senior Executive - Account Payable (Regional)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of data and verify payment details prior to processing in a timely manner.
Arrange and prepare online payments for Director’s approval.
Perform data entry for invoices and payment transactions in QNE accounting software.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., overseas department personnel) to resolve discrepancies or incomplete supporting documents.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from regional departments.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, such as China-based logistics partners).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (regional exposure is an added advantage).
Meticulous with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
