Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Hybrid work arrangement)

Salary: $5,200 max + 1month completion bonus

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in system testing, data validation, and issue tracking for BRIM project implementation.
• Maintain and update documentation, including training guides and reference materials.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders on assigned tasks and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare reports related to BRIM transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor outstanding items and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Review data and reports prior to submission, highlighting observations and recommending improvements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders within GHQ, RHQ & Countries on operational and project matters.
• Support training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably within agency accounting.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation (SAP BRIM is an advantage), including support for project rollout, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation and issue tracking.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets analysis (eg. Looker, Power BI, pivot)
• Proactive, independent worker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholder teams.
• Prior experience in BRIM project or similar system implementation.
• Experience working in a global or regional office within a multicultural organisation
• Knowledge of process improvement, workflow automation or building and delivering internal training materials.
• Must have full set + SAP
• Experience in financial project implementation will be an advantage
