Senior Executive - Air Export
What You Can Expect:
- Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other relevant documents, Pre-alerts, and airline processes.
- Handle DAP/DDP shipments.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Air Export operations and documentation.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding, logistics.
