Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Employer Branding & Talent Engagement ( Contract )

Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in a healthcare environment to strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and engage prospective talent through digital campaigns, content and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including brochures, videos, event visuals and other recruitment collaterals.
• Manage and coordinate digital campaigns across social media and career portals, ensuring content is engaging, timely and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across recruitment channels.
• Support career talks, outreach events and recruitment activities .
• Monitor campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare reports with insights for future initiatives.
• Provide support for talent development, awards and other HR projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, communications or events will be advantageous
• Strong communication and content development skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, career portals and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
