Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – ERP System & Application Development
Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, support, and enhance the company's ERP system.
Develop and improve applications using ASP.NET, C#, Java, Python, PHP, or other suitable programming languages.
Manage databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues.
Provide ERP system support to users and other departments.
Develop new system functions based on business requirements.
Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and security.
Coordinate with external vendors on ERP system issues and enhancements.
Use Claude AI and other AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, system analysis, and documentation.
Explore AI solutions to automate tasks and improve work efficiency.
Prepare system documentation and conduct user training when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP system support or application development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as ASP.NET/C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
Knowledge of database management, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience in ERP systems, application development, and system integration.
Basic to good knowledge of Claude AI or other AI tools for programming and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
