The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized professional to join our Executive Office. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, maximizing executive effectiveness through high-level support, strategic coordination, and leadership of junior Executive Assistant(s). The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at navigating competing priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, communications, travel, and executive priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior Executive Assistant(s), including workload, goals, and performance
  • Prepare executives for meetings and drive follow-up on decisions and action items
  • Coordinate meetings, events, executive engagements, and stakeholder communications
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across key initiatives and workstreams
  • Identify process improvements that increase executive and team efficiency
  • Partner across client service, operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Support presentations, executive deliverables, events, and business development initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5–7+ years supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing administrative professionals
  • Expertise in complex calendar management, travel, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Exceptional communication, organization, discretion, emotional intelligence, and judgment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $107,000 – $147,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. This role may also be eligible for variable pay (bonuses, commissions, incentives).
