Job Description:
Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate contract administration, compliance, and documentation for land management, industrial park development, joint ventures, consultancy appointments, and development-related projects, while ensuring adherence to Group governance and contractual obligations.
Job Responsibilities
Administer and monitor contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates.
Ensure compliance with Group policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
Support industrial development projects, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Strategy, and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
Maintain centralized contract records and reporting systems.
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Prepare reports and support management and Board-related papers.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management, property development, infrastructure, or related industries.
Experience in industrial development or joint venture projects is an added advantage.
Good understanding of contract administration, governance, and project coordination.
Strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
