Senior Executive - Customer Support
• Maintain 100% accuracy in order processing
• TAT (Turn Around Time) to be maintained for Order Processing: 1 working day
• 100% compliance for all orders processed, in the Screening tool as per ITC procedures
• Document retention: All compliance documents (Special Price Approval/ Legal Clearance/ Commercial Workflow/ Amber- Road Screening reports/ International Trade Compliance approvals) to be uploaded and maintained for regulatory purposes.
• All checkpoints: Ship to party/ Bill to party/ Value/ Statutory forms/ Tax to be verified for all orders
• Closely work with SAP and SFDC backend support teams, to ensure flawless execution of order booking and billing process
• Billing Support: Updating of Changes in Bill to /Ship to codes, Part codes, Qty, Tax value at the time of Billing for the Projects Business. Timely updating / removal of billing blocks in ERP during the billing process for Flow Business.
• Manufacturing Support: In course of order Production, timely updating of Amendments, Part codes, Qty and Unit price.
• Review Risk and Opportunities, action plan, in regular intervals and audit the same in the internal/ external audits.
• Maintain SCM fulfillment metrics of RDSL/ PDSL (Required date at Service Level/ Promised Date at Service Level) through timely updating of the order Schedule in the ERP
• Periodic review with Key stakeholders (Finance/ Sales/ SCM) to ensure clean/ healthy backlog is reflecting in the ERP, post discussion and necessary Approvals.
Job Requirements:
• Working knowledge in Order Management system in various ERP’s.
• Proficiency in using SAP modules
• Proficiency in using Sales Force Tool.Com -SFDC.
• Good knowledge on screening tools & International Trade Compliance policy requirements
• Proficiency in using various Microsoft tools
• Good interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering with 4 to 5 years of experience.
• Hands on experience in Order Management, preferably from Automation industry
