- Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interest in graphic design and video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Affinity, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is an advantage.
- Maintains awareness of industry design trends and demonstrates openness to exploring and adapting to AI-powered creative tools.
- Collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
