Summary
Oversee inbound logistics operations for DHL in Tamil Nadu, ensuring service-level agreements are met while managing teams, stakeholders, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound operations and ensure results align with customer SLAs.
- Maintain good working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and handle independent inbound operations.
- Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving processes.
- Ensure service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs.
- Provide accurate inputs for billing and MIS.
- Review daily working processes and manage people effectively.
- Ensure operational issues are registered, resolved, or escalated appropriately.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and achievement of KPIs.
- Promote safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives.
Qualification:
Minimum 6 years in the technology sector.\
Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Logistics.
Skills and Competencies:
