Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate strategic Lean Enterprise initiatives, including CMO Projects, META CI, NPI 2.0, Supplier Integration, and future transformation programs.
Facilitate cross functional collaboration among relevant departments.
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive level presentations.
Monitor project benefits realization and support the achievement of business objectives through measurable improvements.
Support governance forums, steering committee meetings, and leadership reviews through timely reporting and recommendations.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify future improvement opportunities and build transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Graduate in Statistics or Physical Science.
- Basic knowledge on MS Power Platform, Digital Power BI, Power Autonomation.
- Strong knowledge on MS office packages.
- Strong communication skills both in English and Sinhala.
