Senior Executive - Document Controller

Duties & Responsibilities

- Document Management: Organize, manage, and maintain all
construction-related documents, including shop drawings, as-built
drawings, and sample boards, ensuring they are accurate and up to
date.
- Hard Print Management: Oversee hard copy prints of drawings,
ensuring that the construction team is working with the latest
versions of all documents.
- Contract Documentation Management: Oversee document control
for all contract-related documentation like measurement sheets,
invoices and other supporting documents, ensuring that all
documentation meant for billing purposes is accurate uploaded to
the online repository. Create and maintain a payment tracker for
all payments made by the Client to contractors/ suppliers.
Information System (MIS) Management:
- Goods Received Tracker: Manage documentation and records for
all BOI received on-site, ensuring delivery challans and goods
received notes are accurately tracked and filed.
- Attendance Tracking: Maintain the daily MIS tracker for site
attendance, recording contractor’s presence and ensuring
up-to-date attendance records for all contractors’ personnel.
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCR): Oversee the maintenance of the
NCR register, documenting any non-conformance issues and tracking
status of their resolution to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Progress Reports Support: Assist in the preparation of daily
progress reports, providing updates on project status and
documentation needs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years experience.
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel & other software related
to drawings & documents.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using document management systems and software.
- Proven experience in document control on construction sites or
in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management systems and
construction-related software.
