Senior Executive/Executive (International Office)

Summary

Oversee international student services including pre-departure support, Student Pass coordination, and integration events for a Singapore-based private education provider.

This is a 1-year contract role, renewal or conversion is subject to headcount availability.

Manage International Office (IO) Functions

  • Support the pre-departure and arrival briefing for all international students

  • Work with and coordinate with outsourced vendors to ensure application and Student Pass data entry is completed on time and provide update on accuracy of work

  • Organise Integration and Student Wellbeing Events for new local and international students

  • Answer Student Pass mailbox

  • Update documents, financial records and presentation slides

Manage administration of In and Outpatient student medical insurance

  • Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance

  • Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics

Manage Meet & Greet Services

  • Manage the scheduling arrangements for Airport Pick-up, Medical and Student Pass Collections

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations of onboarding of new students

Others

  • Regular communication and update with current students through various communication channels such as social media and webpage

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline/Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong event management with ability to multi-task

  • Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds

  • Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Relevant experience in a Private Education industry environment would be an added advantage

  • Willing to work after 6pm and weekends when needed
