Summary

Processes payroll end-to-end, handles on-cycle/off-cycle checks, resolves employee queries, and ensures tax compliance using SAP FICO.

Role primarily involves end to end payroll processing, process the payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
A big part of job will be processing of On-cycle, Off cycle checks. Exception handling, running the audit report, payroll balancing.
Respond and resolve the queries from employees and other stakeholders in a timely manner
Stay up to date with the tax changes and their implications for the assigned BU.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts • Should have experience in SAP FICO module and should know how to park and post a transaction in SAP
Knowledge of SAP and SAP T-codes for Payroll accounting process

Bachelors or Masters Degree in commerce or finance(Graduate (Finance) , Post-Graduate (Finance) , B.COM, MBA) 1 - 3 years
