[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a dynamic team managing State land under SLA's purview. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing and attending to public feedback on land management and maintenance matters.

  • Consulting and coordinating with various Government agencies on proposals to use SLA-managed land.

  • Processing the issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) for the use of vacant SLA-managed land.

  • Liaising and coordinating with Licensees to ensure compliance with the Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) terms and conditions for the use of land

  • Planning and conducting of site inspections to ensure proper land maintenance and prevent the unauthorised use of SLA-managed land.

  • Working in close partnership with other Government agencies, contractors, and other service providers to ensure that municipal issues are promptly attended to and resolved.

  • Administering land and maintenance policies and the processing of financial transaction matters related to TOL administration.

  • Verifying land ownership and updating land data records & other land-related information.

  • Contributing ideas to improve work processes through creative & innovative thinking.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve work processes and systems

  • Open to continuous learning and able to contribute creative, out-of-the-box thinking when developing work solutions

  • A relevant background in Facilities, Estates, or Environmental Management would be advantageous, but not required

  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in TOL administration are welcome to apply
