The duties of the Senior Executive/Manager under the Digital Platforms include, but not limited to, the following:
Assist in managing the development and execution of Retail Stockbroking strategies, products and channel initiatives across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
Support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the company’s front-end and middle-end trading platforms in accordance with the established direction and priorities;
Identify opportunities for system enhancement and process improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience and service quality;
Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery, system enhancements and issue resolution;
Ensure all project documentation including business requirements, test plans and scripts, communication plan and review are properly developed and maintained;
Drive effective communication, training and dissemination of materials to all impacted stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for any new projects, enhancements or initiatives.
Requirement:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance and /or Information Technology is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Excellent stakeholder management to ensure alignment and support.
Ability to foster collaboration among team members to resolve competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen focus.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to create, maintain, and present clear, comprehensive project documentation.
