Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL and Python. Candidates should have a solid Data Engineering background and experience working with large-scale data platforms, ETL pipelines, and analytics ecosystems. BFSI experience is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Develop optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Build Python-based data processing and automation solutions.
• Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and technology teams.
• Support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 Years of strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python programming.
• Good understanding of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar data platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added advantage.
• BFSI domain experience preferred, with exposure to banking data, risk analytics, regulatory reporting, or related functions.
