Senior Executive, Psychosocial Services (Programme Coordination, Support Groups, Non-Profit) #HDC1

A well-established non-profit healthcare organisation is looking for a Senior Executive to coordinate its patient and caregiver support programmes. You will plan engaging activities, work with healthcare and community partners and help the team deliver meaningful programmes that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute regular support group talks, workshops and activities
• Liaise with speakers and partners and schedule sessions
• Organise outings and events, coordinating all logistics for smooth execution
• Design simple electronic direct mailers and publish them across communication platforms
• Work with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners and community organisations on patient engagement
• Provide administrative and coordination support for children and youth programmes
• Support planning and execution of the annual awards event
• Participate in community outreach activities to grow programme reach
• Co-develop strategies to expand programme reach within schedule and budget
• Maintain accurate attendance records, feedback and programme reports

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Event Management, Psychology or a related discipline and above
• Experience in programme coordination, event planning or community engagement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good writing skills and basic design ability for mailers and social posts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online communication platforms
• Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple activities at once
• Empathetic and comfortable engaging with patients and caregivers
• Willingness to support occasional weekend programmes, with time off in lieu
