Senior Executive Purchase-Mechanical
Summary
Procurement executive responsible for managing purchase orders, vendor relations, and cost savings for mechanical components and project procurement, using ERP/SAP/Oracle systems. Based onsite in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Project Drawings & Procurement process against work orders (Which includes Production , R&D , CSD any other department)
- Cultivate & Maintain positive vendor relations to achieve maximum cost savings, optimal performance & quality standards, investigate discounts use in purchase for short & long term savings objectives.
- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
- Manage open purchase orders, assure timely low-cost delivery and receive items, investigate problem receiving when appropriate.
- Investigate potential products, practices, and services which will provide a reduction in operational costs to all areas.
- Basic Knowledge of ERP, SAP, ORCALE, FRAME WORKS.
Requirements
Experience:
- 4-8years
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical
