Senior Executive, Purchasing
Summary
Oversee regional procurement and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods and services across ASEAN, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia using SAP and negotiation skills.
Join our Supply Chain Management team and play a key role in ensuring the timely sourcing, procurement, and delivery of goods and services across our regional operations. This position supports business activities across ASEAN, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, quotation evaluation, supplier negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Process and maintain purchase orders through SAP and ensure accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor order fulfillment, goods receipt processing, and documentation completion.
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate governance requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of purchasing, sourcing, or procurement experience.
- Familiarity with SAP (MM Module) will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
