Senior Executive / (Senior) Assistant Manager, Nursing Admin (2-Year Contract)
Responsibilities:
Patient Service Associate (PSA) Management
- Support PSA role redesign, career progression, and competency development initiatives.
- Oversee PSA manpower operations, including recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and operational support.
- Standardize workflows, resolve operational/system issues, and coordinate PSA engagement activities and projects.
National-Level Project Engagement
- Participate in national and cross-institutional healthcare projects, supporting workflow redesign, system enhancements, and go-live activities.
- Act as liaison between PSA teams and project stakeholders, facilitating communication, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Nursing Awards & Educational Operations
- Manage end-to-end administration of nursing awards, including nominations, coordination, and recognition events.
- Oversee Nursing Education facilities, equipment, and operational support to ensure effective training delivery.
- Support nursing administration initiatives, events, workshops, and other duties assigned by Nursing leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts & Social Sciences, or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new software applications.
Strong interest in healthcare operations with ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across all levels.
Independent team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Proactive in process improvement and supportive of change management initiatives.
