Senior Executive, Site Quality Assurance (Permanent)
đź“Ť Work Location: Show flats across Singapore (based at the assigned project until TOP, then move to the next project)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 6.00pm
💰 Salary: $3,500 – $5,500
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and carry out Construction Quality SOPs to achieve high construction and workmanship standards during project delivery.
- Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by inspecting contractors' work progress and recording inspection results.
- Perform Independent Quality Mark (QM) inspections for all units and monitor defect rectification during TOP and the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
- Coordinate with Customer Service Department (CSD) on in-house quality inspections.
- Ensure defects are rectified within the stipulated timeline.
- Implement 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy on-site and ensure contractors maintain high safety standards during quarterly inspections.
