Senior Executive - Talent Development
The Senior Executive - Talent Development plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across MR DIY. Working closely with the broader HR team, this role contributes to the execution of L&D programmes that build capability across the Group's regional markets.

Job Responsibilities
Programme Coordination & Implementation
Support the planning and coordination of L&D programmes and initiatives in line with the annual training calendar and business priorities.
Assist in designing blended learning journeys (digital, classroom, on-the-job, coaching) for diverse employee segments
Coordinate aspects of training programmes and with external training vendors — scheduling, venue arrangements, participant communications, and post-training follow-ups.
Help maintain and update the L&D calendar, ensuring smooth execution of planned programmes and timely communication to employees.
Talent & Leadership Development Support
Support the delivery of leadership development programmes targeting emerging talent, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
Assist in administering Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by liaising with employees .
Support initiatives to promote digital learning tools and encourage employee participation in self-directed learning
Tracking, Reporting & Evaluation
Track and report key L&D training attendance, completion rates and post training feedback analysis
Support the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business functions by gathering data, feedback and preparing summary reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
Experience in supporting the delivery of L&D programmes .
Good facilitation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to small groups and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
Preferred
Experience in the retail, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer industry.
Exposure to multi-country or regional talent development programmes across Southeast Asia.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
