Summary
Trains new hires and refreshes skills for a healthcare process outsourcing team, designs materials, and measures training effectiveness.
Handles Training for New hires for the Process & Handles refresher Training and up skilling
Deliver process training for the new hires for the particular process
Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
Conduct training follow up session and measuring effectiveness of training
Update Training curriculum on an ongoing basis
Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
CCRT: BS Nursing + USRN. SIU: BS Nursing + USRN or Certified professional coder 1 - 3 Years
