• Placement, tracking on time delivery of Vehicles
• Accurate and timely entry of transactions in TMS / CW1
• Ensures to carry out duties to the customers effectively and with proficiency
• Activate the contingency plan for any emergency or the occasional customer requirements.

• Active co ordination with the Product team ( Air / Ocean )

Process

• Follow Transport Ops Process
• Collate ideas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve DHL’s procedures, technology and service to positively enhance customer’s experience with DHL
• Ensure adherence to existing Customer Service procedures as outlined in the department manuals, while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers’ needs within reasonable limits in consultation with supervisors and managers.

Expected years of experience

• 2 to 4 years’ experience with similar role in a large organisation, working in a similar industry.
• Work experience in Transport Ops / Distribution Management or 3 PL / 4PL is Must

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com., / B.Sc./ BA – Graduate is a Must
