Senior Exhibition Designer
Description
As an exhibition designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for transforming stories and objects into immersive, three-dimensional experiences that guide, inform, and captivate an audience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in relevant field / function and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate follow-up, and high-quality execution.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
- Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow
- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements
- Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods
