Senior/ Experienced Bar Manager

To work together and assist the General Manager in

- inventory management

- sourcing for new products on the market

- preparation for service daily

- recomend and interact with customers on their beverage choices

- daily upkeep of the premises together

- daily sales report

Must have knowledge in whisky , cocktails.

6-8 years minimum experience in bartending, classic cocktails is a must .

Proficient in English , some knowledge in Japanese is preferred.
