- Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET technologies
- Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular
- Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making
- Develop and maintain microservice-based architectures
- Build scalable solutions for high-performance and high-availability environments
- Improve and scale existing systems and applications
- Develop background processing systems and distributed workloads
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
- Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams
- Mentor developers and contribute to the technical growth of the software team
The Perfect Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies
- Advanced experience with .NET Core application development
- Hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience designing and developing Microservice Architectures
- Experience working with message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, and ADO.NET
- Experience developing background jobs and asynchronous processing systems (Experience with Hangfire is considered a strong plus)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
- Experience with Redis
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in Fintech systems is considered a plus
- Experience building high-traffic and large-scale systems is considered a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
