Senior FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, customize, and support SAP FICO.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Conduct workshops and liaise with business and technical teams.

• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements.

• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.

• Support SAP FICO implementation and enhancement projects.

• Manage SAP authorization matrix in alignment with business roles and security standards.

• Ensure effective integration with MM, PP, SD, and other SAP modules.

Requirements

• Work Mode: Fully On-site only (No remote or hybrid work)

• 5–8 years of SAP FICO experience.

• At least 3 successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Experience in at least 3 projects within industrial/manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Costing business processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA / RISE is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Fiori, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Intercompany, Investment Management, and SAP integration with MM/PP/SD.

• SAP Certification is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, consultancy, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and effectively within project teams.
