You will serve as a technical expert for customers in India, guide hardware evaluation and deployment, resolve technical issues, support sales and launches, gather product feedback, and create product documentation.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their technical needs
- Provide product knowledge and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with marketing and business development on launches and technology evangelism
- Support sales growth, customer acquisition, and design wins
- Track customer interactions and follow-ups
- Relay customer feedback to product management
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Create product documentation
- Advocate for customers internally
- Travel to company sites as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of semiconductor or artificial intelligence industry experience in a customer-facing application development or technical support role
- Programming experience with Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Understanding of embedded systems and embedded hardware
- Understanding of server systems
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 30% or more
- Based within or close to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune
