Senior Field Application Engineer(台北)

1. Drive customer proof-of-concept (PoC), design-in, platform bring-up, validation, qualification, and production deployment.
2. Provide technical support for PCIe, CXL, memory, storage, and server platform integration.
3. Debug system-level issues involving BIOS, BMC, SMBus, PCIe topology, risers, retimers, cables, power delivery, and signal integrity.
4. Work closely with customers, ODM/OEM partners, and internal firmware, hardware, validation, and product teams to resolve technical issues.
5. Support customer demonstrations, technical reviews, design validation, and field issue resolution.
6. Provide customer feedback to engineering teams to improve product quality, usability, and future product development.

1. 負責 CasX 產品於客戶端的 PoC、Design-in、平台 Bring-up、驗證、認證及量產導入。
2. 提供 PCIe、CXL、Memory、Storage 與 Server Platform 整合相關技術支援。
3. 分析並排除 BIOS、BMC、SMBus、PCIe Topology、Riser、Retimer、Cable、Power Delivery 及 Signal Integrity 等系統問題。
4. 與客戶、ODM／OEM 及內部 Firmware、Hardware、Validation、Product 團隊合作解決技術問題。
5. 支援客戶展示、技術評估、產品驗證及 Field Issue Debug。
6. 將客戶需求與回饋提供給研發團隊，持續改善產品品質及下一代產品。
