What Will You Do?
- Installation, Commissioning and Inspection & Maintenance activities.
- The responsibility will cover all aspects of the aftermarket support viz. installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing, and other technical support to customers and business partners in India. Would also include Sales and Business Development visits as and when required.
- Identifying prospects for service business, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation.
- Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the company’s products & services and reporting the same.
- Collection of spares & service payments and statutory forms from the customers in region.
- Report generation: Spares & Service business, field complaints report & analysis etc.
Your Experience Should Be...
- B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in commissioning, overhauls, servicing, trouble shooting of Process compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal and Diaphragm) / Blowers and associated systems.
- Experience in customer interaction.
- Good understanding of industry’s best practices and commercial knowledge.
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
