Senior Field Service Technician

Sulzer Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment across Italy, Europe, and worldwide.

You will lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring safety and quality aligned with Sulzer standards. You will report to the Services Division, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and travel extensively (roughly 80% time on-site with 20% at service centers).

Install, commission, and start-up centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment at customer sites across Europe and worldwide. Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment at customer facilities and service centers. Provide on-site technical guidance, training, and documentation of service activities and outcomes. Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics or an engineering discipline with mechanical specialization.
