Senior / Finance / Accounting Executive (Perm Full Time/ Up $4.8k)

Job Overview

Oversees financial accounting, compliance, policy development, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

Job Description

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: prepare entries, review schedules, reconcile accounts; oversee monthly/annual financial closing; ensure timely, accurate financial and consolidated reports; perform financial analysis and resolve issues.

• Compliance, Audit & Tax Management: ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations; coordinate with internal/external auditors and legal representatives; maintain audit trails.

• Policy Development & Business Support: develop and implement accounting policies and SOPs; support business operations through ad hoc assignments and financial advisory activities; ensure management approval compliance.

• Internal Controls & Process Improvement: establish/strengthen internal control systems; safeguard assets including inventory and fixed assets.

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management: develop/manage budgets and forecasts; monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
  

Experience & Qualification

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (Eg. ACCA, CPA).

• Min. 5 years of experience in a Financial Accounting role.
  

Skills Requirements

• Knowledge of SAP, RPA, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and any other AI system.

• Good analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
