Global Commissions Admin- Finance Senior Specialist

• Administer sales incentive plans that are aligned with the company’s business objectives and talent strategy, while ensuring the achievement of consistent and market-driven levels of compensation.
• Partner with Finance and Business Units in setting goals and monitoring performance levels.
• Provide thorough evaluations and analyses on an ongoing basis ensuring compensation programs are implemented to meet the evolving needs of the company’s global population
• Ensure delivery of the highest levels of responsiveness and execution of compensation programs and processes
• Serve as internal resource to leadership in the development of cash and non-cash incentives.
• Oversee final award recommendations to assure alignment with performance, adherence to budgets and compliance with approvals.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and other professionals regarding compensation delivery and administration, procedures/policies, and communications

Skills

• Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.
• Must speak and write fluent English.
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 3-5 years compensation, preferable market pricing and survey, experience.
