Senior Financial Analyst (m/f)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results (P&L), KPI reports, and variance analyses
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation activities
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes
• Assist in the development of profit plans, annual budgets, five-year strategic plans, and rolling forecasts
• Analyze business risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for performance improvement
• Manage costing activities, including the development and maintenance of product standard costs
• Support inventory accounting and capital expenditure management
• Collaborate closely with local and corporate finance teams, as well as external partners and auditors
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards

Qualifications and Experience

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

✅ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment

✅ Experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage

✅ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

✅ Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance processes

✅ Advanced English language proficiency

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
