DATA & REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

You'll assure high data quality through comprehensive validations to secure data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy & timeliness, especially for Operations & Finance interdependencies during Month-End-Closing

PROCESS GOVERNANCE, TRAINING & SUPPORT

You'll be responsible of enabling processes through testing & activation of new developments as well as rollouts (sign-off & deployment). In addition, you'll focus on process governance, training & support for Financial reporting processes/solutions. Process analysis & review to deliver continuous process improvements for Finance Reporting as well as tight collaboration with Process development team to drive strategic process developments on Reporting & Analysis solutions are also areas of responsibilities.

PROJECT & ENHANCEMENT MANAGEMENT

You’ll also be our in-house consultant (support in the THINK/DESIGN phase of projects) for related SME areas. You'll manage & coordinate Finance Reporting solution/process related enhancements together with our IT counterparts. Finally, you'll deploy and rollout reporting solutions to our Finance community.

Professional experience in the field of data & process governance

Solid Finance background and good understanding of Finance processes are essential

Technical experience with ERP/BW systems or corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g. SAP BEx Web, Crystal Reports, BO Analysis and Analytics Cloud, Tableau) is beneficial

Programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python) are perceived as an asset

High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders

Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations

Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
