Senior / Finance Executive [Finance Planning & Analysis] - WCAN

Responsibilities for Senior / Finance Executive [Finance Planning & Analysis]:

• Process commission calculations and payments in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial analysis and variance reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial information for internal stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including budget consolidation and reporting.
• Assist with audit activities, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Senior / Finance Executive [Finance Planning & Analysis]:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with month-end closing, budgeting, audit, and statutory reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
