Senior Finance Executive
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Finance Manager
KeyResponsibilities
- Prepare and update daily cash flow and funding plans.
- Process payments and support day-to-day cash and treasury operations.
- Assist with monthly closing, account reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules.
- Maintain proper financial records, payment documents and supporting files.
- Assist with basic budgeting, financial reporting and data preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, headquarters, banks and other parties on routine finance matters.
- Support other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Around 2–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Experience in payment processing, cash management or month-end closing would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
