Senior Finance Manager (Construction, Building)

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline. CA (Singapore), CPA, or ACCA qualification is required.

• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a senior finance or financial management role.

• Experience in construction, property development, or real estate businesses is highly advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of SGX-ST Listing Rules, SFRS(I), corporate governance requirements, and Singapore regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in financial controls, treasury, banking, or financing activities.

• Experience in drafting, implementing, or reviewing finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Proficiency in Globe3 preferred and advanced financial modelling skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently.

• Strong governance, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior management and project teams.
