Senior Finance Manager - Group Consolidation
You will manage statutory financial accounting and group reporting, including consolidated statements under IFRS and US GAAP. You will work with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders, develop accounting policies, advise on technical accounting, improve controls and processes, support tax accounting, and lead special projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage statutory financial accounting and group reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors legal counsel tax business and regional finance teams
- Develop group accounting policies
- Advise on technical accounting issues
- Establish and improve internal controls and business processes
- Ensure tax accounting aligns with statutory tax requirements
- Undertake valuation internal control M&A accounting standards and system implementation projects
- Improve business and finance processes
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in complex group consolidation
- Experience in a US IPO project or announcements to US stock exchanges
- Degree in Accountancy or accounting qualification
- Competence in IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Oracle or Hyperion experience is an advantage
- Experience with data analytic tools is an advantage
- Crypto knowledge is preferred
- Command of English and Chinese
