Senior Finance Manager
You will oversee monthly financial reporting, core finance operations, statutory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You will lead finance workstreams for projects, develop business cases and financial models, improve workflows, integrate project outcomes into ongoing operations, and provide analysis for urgent executive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial packs.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and closing processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance, tax filings, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Lead finance workstreams for organizational projects.
- Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking.
- Improve and automate finance workflows.
- Integrate project financial outcomes into business-as-usual processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis.
- Troubleshoot complex accounting and legacy data issues.
Requirements
- Hold a CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA in Finance qualification.
- Have 6–8 years of progressive finance experience.
- Have Big 4 or audit and commercial experience.
- Have finance-project experience, such as ERP implementation, M&A integration, or process re-engineering.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems.
- Demonstrate change management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
