SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER (REIT)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial management for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), covering reporting, budgeting, tax, and compliance, while working closely with senior management, auditors, and support strategic and fund-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts and statutory statements

• Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, MAS REIT regulations, and internal accounting standards

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing insights on REIT and asset-level performance

• Manage corporate tax, GST filings, and IRAS compliance, including oversight of Interested Party Transactions

• Monitor cash flow, loan covenants, and working capital to maintain liquidity

• Support financing activities such as debt refinancing and bank liaison

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, trustees, and cross-functional teams on financial matters

• Strengthen internal controls and drive improvements to financial reporting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred, MBA/MFin an advantage

• 8–10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with strong REIT or real estate investment exposure

• Solid grasp of REIT regulatory frameworks, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines

• Skilled in consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, tax compliance, and financial modelling, with advanced Excel proficiency

• Exposure to trustee and lender relationships is a plus

• A confident communicator and hands-on leader who thrives under tight deadlines
