About the Role
The Senior Finance Manager – US Business plays a key role in driving financial performance across the Company's U.S. business while contributing to regional and global finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Finance Support

• Support finance and accounting activities related to the Company's U.S. business operations.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Provide financial support for business expansion and operational initiatives.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with cash flow planning and financial planning activities.

4. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support reporting automation and ERP system enhancements.
• Promote standardization and continuous improvement across finance operations.

5. Financial Governance & Compliance

• Support the implementation of effective financial controls and governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers when required.

6. Cross-functional Business Partnership

• Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and other business functions to support business objectives.
• Build strong working relationships with regional stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Provide finance support for cross-functional and regional projects.

7. Strategic Finance Initiatives

• Participate in regional and global finance projects.
• Support management with financial evaluation, business analysis, and special assignments.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance business performance and organizational growth.

Work location: Taipei City

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. business operations or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Experience working across different countries and cultures.
• Experience in a fast-growing multinational company is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, hands-on approach.
