Working arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office

Via is partnering with a leading UK retailer looking for a Senior Finance Manager to provide financial leadership across major business transformation programmes.

You'll oversee investment governance, challenge business cases and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable commercial value.

• Lead financial governance across transformation programmes
• Review and challenge investment proposals, business cases and financial assumptions
• Manage financial stage gates and investment approval processes
• Track programme costs, forecasts, risks and benefits realisation
• Develop financial models and performance reporting
• Partner with Finance, FP&A and senior transformation stakeholders
• Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership

• 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance business partnering or transformation finance
• Qualified accountant or equivalent senior-level finance experience
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
• Experience developing and challenging investment business cases
• Understanding of financial governance, risk and benefits tracking
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders

Experience with transformation portfolios, investment stage gates and post-investment reviews would be advantageous.
