Senior Finance Professional - Treasury Back Office - Gdansk

How you will make an impact

As a member of the Treasury Back Office team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of Treasury transactions, delivering liquidity insights, maintaining accounting integrity and producing regulatory and management reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with Power BI is an advantage and can be utilized to develop and enhance reporting, data models, and business insights.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Treasury operations, including trade confirmations, settlements, accounting and reconciliations.
  • Deliver high quality Treasury reporting, including daily liquidity positions, FX exposure analyses, and net interest-bearing debt reporting.
  • Drive automation, standardization and continuous process improvements in collaboration with Treasury Front Office and IT teams.
  • Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve operational issues and improve Treasury processes.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, combined with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury Back Office, Banking, or Financial Operations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial instruments, Treasury processes, and accounting principles, together with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel. Proven hands-on experience with Power BI is considered an advantage. You possess excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
