Senior Finance Program Manager
Join our client's team as a Finance Program Manager based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.
As the Senior Finance Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a major transformation initiative, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams while aligning scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance transformation program.
- Establishing strong program governance, planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partnering closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Providing regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, with strong program leadership across complex business transformations. A solid understanding of finance processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments are essential.
